Border Wall
Description
On the U.S. side of the border wall between the United States and Mexico, west end (beginning construction) of the completed El Paso 4-mile 18-foot bollard barrier. Much of the El Paso 4-mile access road is located on the south side of the barrier, but still on the U.S. side of the international border, which runs along the center of the Rio Grande River.
