WS POV Police shooting stun gun at criminal<br /><br />Tape starts with Officer on routine traffic stop when teh call comes in.... He immediately takes off to assist another officer....,Suspect had too many drinks and starts fight with cops. He is tasered and arrested in the middle of the street
