For more than thirty years, British officials said nothing about the coup they organised in Iran in 1953. In this programme they tell frankly how they planned to topple Iranian Prime Minister, Mossadeq and, with American help, succeeded. November 1953 a courtroom in Tehran - Dr. Mohammed Mossadegh the man who put an end to British domination in Iran is tried for treason. He is there because Britain and the USA have stage managed a coup d'etat to overthrow his government.
