Scary Storm Came out of Nowhere on a Highway in Serbia

BMW 7 (+2 tons) gets heavily shaken like a piece of paper during a crazy storm on a highway in Serbia. Previously, it was a normal day ? no signs of any rain or storm. In just minutes everything changed and it was as if one would just entered the hell. The storm started to bring all kind of trash on the highway and quickly was so strong that the car almost started to slide on the road. Just a few minutes afterwards the storm was gone and 20 minutes later the sky was blue again.
