WS POV Police trooper chasing car at night / Tallapoosa, Georgia, USA<br /><br />SUSPECT: Johnny Wayne Spradlin,ARRESTING OFFICER: Brian Rutherford - Sgt. Jaycen Murfin - McKinley Pate - Chief Godfrey,Suspect was travelling on Hwy 100 in a stolen car in the Bremen area of Georgia. . After striking the suspects car 5 times - the suspect was forced off the road into a field and got stuck in the mud and brush. The officer draws his wepon and when the suspect still tries to continue you can see him try and shootout the tires. Becuase Officer Rutherford was familiar with the suspects love of guns, he chose to wait until back-up came before he went after him in the woods. Other agencies were dispatched with there dogs and after a 2 hour foot search, the suspect was captured.,Suspect was charged with:,TAG REQUIREMENTS,DUI REFUSAL (Wouldn't take tHE DUI test),FLEEING AND ATTEMTING TO ELUDE,FAILURE TO MAINTAIN LANE,RECKLESS DRIVING,NO INSURANCE,NO SEAT BELT,IMPROPER LEFT HAND TURN,DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE ON PERSON,AGGRAVATED ASSAULT ON A OFFICER,VIOLATION OF GEORGIA CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE ACT,THEFT OF STOLEN PROPERTY
