Kassovitz discusses the craft of making movies, describing it to be both painful and enlightening and feeling immensely grateful to be directing and acting. Movies are a way to get a message out there, while getting people to literally sit down, shut up and absorb the information. The Crimson River 2000 directed by Kassovitz is the next film discussed, it is an action movie starring Vincent Cassel. Gothika 2003 a horror thriller film was Kassovitz's first American Hollywood film. He goes on to talk about the differences between American and French filmmaking. Munich 2005 where Kassovitz gets to star in a film directed by his childhood hero Steven Spielberg. He discusses his love and admiration for the legendary Hollywood director. His most famous film as an actor was the French movie Amelie which was an amazing experience and he says people often come up to him, saying that the film changed their lives. Kassovitz wants French cinema to expand and he feels like he's finally in the centre of it after years of feeling like he's been on the outside. He wants to continue to make movies, and his mission is to piss people off.
