The water accumulating on the streets after heavy rain and hail in ISTANBUL created a flood effect. The refrigerator, caught in water in Gaziosmanpaşa, damaged the vehicles it hit while dragging. Those moments were reflected in both the security cameras and the mobile phone camera of the citizens.
