Large chunks of ice breaking off from glaciers can trigger huge icebergs to flip over and subsequently create hazardous tsunami-like waves. In this case a gigantic melting iceberg starts to flip over. The small boats on the fjord have to ride over the tsunami, afterwards the wave crashes onto the shore. Even though not commonly known, these huge waves created by glacier calving events can be considered as actual tsunami waves. The video has been filmed at the Ilulissat icefjord in Greenland.
